Owners Liz and Jack Frost know island life well. Like many of our customers, they first fell in love with Bald Head Island as visitors before making it home.
Their favorite part of running The Silver Peddler? Hunting for unique finds, discovering talented makers, and filling the shop with things that make people smile.Their goal is simple: Keep it fun. Keep it fresh. Keep it affordable.

Liz and Jack Frost’s story began through loss, creating a strong bond that grew into love. They were married on October 7, 2023, and their love and dedication to one another is reflected in the heart of their store. Proud owners of the Silver Peddler since 2019, Liz and Jack bring their love of the island and passion for unique finds to every corner of the shop. They enjoy boating, traveling, spending time with family, and embracing all that life has to offer. Along with their four beloved animals, they are deeply connected to island life and dedicated to creating a fun, welcoming place for islanders and day trippers to shop, browse, and discover something special.

Jack Frost
Jack Frost is the owner, treasure hunter, chief order-fulfillment bossman, part-time handyman, mistake-finder, and resident “Where did we put that?” expert at The Silver Peddler. He spends his days searching for the next big trend, ordering things we probably need, and shaking his head at all our latest ideas. When he isn’t keeping everyone on track, Jack can usually be found singing, dancing, and keeping the whole store laughing.
Liz Frost
Liz Frost is the co-owner, permanent jewelry master, expert restocker, and the sweetest person at The Silver Peddler. She can find exactly what you need, refill an empty display in record time, and somehow keep smiling through all of Jack’s shenanigans. Liz is also the official referee—and amused audience—when Jack and Mireille start bickering like only siblings can. She is fun, dependable, kind, and truly one of the rocks that keeps The Peddler sparkling.
Mireille Mullins
Mireille Mullins helps keep The Silver Peddler under control—or at least keeps everyone entertained while trying. She loves helping customers, creating new products, and personalizing just about anything she can get her hands on. Mireille is always ready to laugh, dance, or sing with customers, while hoping her talents don’t send them running for the door. She is also known for reorganizing the store exactly the way Jack said not to, only for him to eventually admit that she was right. Mireille and Liz make a dangerous team, regularly ganging up on Jack and secretly high-fiving behind his back whenever they get their way.
Karen Yap

Karen is a natural at the Silver Peddler. She loves chatting with customers, keeping the shelves stocked, and reorganizing just about everything she can get her hands on. She is an energizer bunny and does everything to make sure the store looks beautiful and inviting for our customers.

Karen loves to showcase the Peddlers loot by wearing as much of our jewelry as she can. She is our Mini Pearl of the Peddler!
